I've been a fan of Digibutter for quite a while so it's probably been my favorite. Jr. Troopa's Playground is also great.

The two favorite forums that I visit the most are Digibutter and Toontowncentral.com. It's a Toontown fansite, obviously. I tried mentioning Digibutter there, and this is the response I got back:
