You can still do the reset cheat and get away with it.
This trick requires a SD card and will erase all of your Mario Strikers Charged WiFi statistics (Mii data can not be stored on a SD card). First, play a tournament up to elimination mode or another point at which you want to continuously retry. Then, insert your SD card, copy your saved file onto it, and play the game normally. If you lose, erase your internal Wii saved file, and replace it with the SD card's saved file. This allows you to continue from where you left off until you can win the tournament. The game will not detect you cheating like it does with turning off the power or resetting. |

Nice find, but it sucks that it would require you to lose your Mii data... that means you probably are assigned a new friend code right? I really wish this game let you continue from later points in a cup... losing one match later in the tournament means you have to replay the whole cup over again |

I don't D/C on wifi, even if I'm losing really badly. I lost a Tetris DS match and sat through the rest just to be a good sport. I've lost a lot at Mario Kart, but I'm okay with that. Pokemon D/P? I'm never even going to try the GTS+power off cloning trick. |

What does Resetti do, other than screaming at you? |
Flavio's pretty sure, that Resseti can delete your save file if you reset A LOT. |
