Kiri tripped and fell face first into the ground. She pushed her six tails off of herself, and brushed away the perfect curls that had fell into her eyes. She got up, brushig off her jeans and blue t-shirt. She picked up her blue cap and put it on backwards so that her curls came out the hole. Putting the rest of her brown hair out of her face, she continued to the professors lab,

"I'm gonna get my first pokemon finally!" Kiri really couldn't wait. She stopped in front of the door to the lab. "This is it, the start of my pokemon journey."

Sandslash woke up yet again an early moring in the desert, on his rag bunk bed, the shrill alarm clock on his fine wooden drawer was responsible for this. He turnt it off, though he was far more eager to punch it, but today wasn't the day to do that. Something was wrong, even in the bowels of the unforgiving desert, inhabited by only few. It was his old friend, Sneasel. Ever since they moved back to their old homes, they were now many many miles apart. This was the time to go back to his home away from home, far north to Sinnoh. He opened his drawer to take a small treasure chest, and then placed it in his backpack. He was not coming back to his old home for a long time, so made sure to put up anything, close his drawers, get his rare necklace that would prevent trainers from catching him, and, wait, he got some Pokeballs out of one of his glass cases. This was going to be useful, he knew it by heart. Sandslash climbed the stone slope he dug with his bare claws long ago, up to the surface, by the same town around a massive desert oasis he knew by heart. He entered the place, It was a lively busy market town , and most people even humans, by then didn't mind Sandslash, who was a freakshow:A talking shiny pokemon. There was just one place to go too. Sandslash entered a stone building, palm trees looming over the roof. This was the Shaman's shop. All sorts of things could be seen, golden pottery, incense with unusual smells, bizzare foods, you name it. A suntanned man in colorful robes was sitting on a mat, doing meditation, he was the Shaman, of course. Sandslash stepped up to him. "I need you to call on the spirit of, the vulture..." Asked Sandslash. He then started this meditation, he was going to start the temporary power to teleport... The man nodded, Sandslash handed him some completely white transparent gems, for the magic, and many 24-carat coins for tax. The Shaman placed the stones on the ground before him, and took some burning incense that was blowing thick black smoke in his hand, waving it slowly. Sandslash then teleported away in a bright flash, over to the place he thought about so strongly...

"OH CRAP!", Steve screamed. "I'm late! I'm late to get my first pokemon! I've gotta go!" Steve satrted to run out the door, but his mom said, "You're not going out in your underwear, are you?" Steve looked down. "DOUBLE CRAP!", Steve pulled on some jeans and a shirt, flew on his mach bike, and zoomed all the way to littleroot town to get to proffessor Birch's lab.

Sneasel couldn't take much more of this. He could speak complete, proper English, yet he's still stuck in this classroom for the next three days. The class was originally intended for foreigners who couldn't speak a word of English, but Seasel's owner said it'd be for the better if he took the class. Now he was stuck reviewing advanced vocabulary with a bunch of smelly tan-skinned men. After a day's work of going over the proper pronunciation of words nobody even uses in everyday chit-chat, he can finally go home to his owner's house and relax a little..

"PROFFESSOR BIRCH!", Steve yelled. Proffessor Birch dropped the Pokeball he was holding, and out came a red bird Pokemon, which Steve had never seen before. "Well, there's only Torchic left...", Proffessor Birch said. "I'll take it!", Steve yelled. Proffessor Birch returned the Torchic to it's Pokeball, giving it to Steve. "YEAH!", he yelled.

Sandslash was back were his trainer once took him, many a year ago. He remembered the cold white snow, in contrast the the yellow-white sands of his sandy desert home. But then he remembered the thing he didn't like...The chill! Sadly, Sandslash was not too good at keeping himself warm, and as he tried to keep himself warm by using his claws (Which failed, of course) people were already giving him unusual looks. "Hey, what the hell is a Shiny Sandslash doing up here?" And variants of said words were quite common...He was lost! Sandslash then hopped onto a random porch, and gave himself a facepalm. "I'm such an idiot...I could have just used a PC."

"Gahh, go away, can't you see I'm broken limb by limb now?..." Sandslash then waved the Gastly off with his claws.

"I have a trainer, mind you, but he knows that I can work myself. "
