I like Phendrana Drifts from Metroid Prime. It feels so...peaceful (except for the Space Pirate base, which is scary as hell the first time you go through it). |

I can't remember the name of it, but the underwater palace in Okami was beautiful.
I also loved Glitzville in Paper Mario 2, and Stranglethorn Vale in WoW. |

Mysidia of Final Fantasy IV. It's the one town where "talk to everybody" isn't really the greatest idea... basically, all the people are mages, and they've all got it in for you. And it's got great music.
Can't think of anything else at the moment. |
