I agree. We need these because YouTube is going to make their dumbest move real soon. LiveVideo is the best YouTube alternative. |

there's a 90% chance you'll be allowed to post game-play videos. and if you are, I don't see why we care. let's face it, is nintendo losing money off people posting game-play videos? NO. are music companies losing money off people posting music videos? YES.
therefore, video game footage will likely not be removed. |

those are both (somewhat) video game footage. and my point was that if it's not causing someone to lose money, it probably going to not be removed. |
