when I try to open any folder, or open My computer, this appears:
I opened IE, and typed in "c:\Program Files", which would normally open... but I got this message:
HELP. |

Have you tried it in firefox? Windows Explorer and IE are the same program. |

yes I have, firefox shows the directory but no deleting options. |
