the kind where we get paid there could be jobs like the guy who helps get more members or the guy who comes up with things that could help out the site I have jobs on my forum and its hard to get free coins. |

This has been brought up a couple times before... and no one ever specifies what these "jobs" would actually be. I will start rewarding helpful posts, but I wouldn't call that a "job". "Jobs" sound like work, I would rather have people do stuff because they want to, not because they want some extra coin.
I hate grinding in games. |

Agree'd.
Why go on a forum if all you're going to do is do mundane tasks all day long for some fake money? That's more ridiculous than going on a game and doing mundane tasks for money. |

I still think the recruiting would be fine. And if you want your own individual jobs try being creative. Casinos, Art, Sprites, everything and anything can be used to make money on Digibutter. You just have to use your brain. |
