Mostly people call me Jazz, Jazzy, Jazzers (that one's annoying).
Some Co workers from where I worked last summer call me "Jazzy M"
there's also "Maggoty Miyako" (thanks Jolene) which got shortened to just Miyako which started to grow on me and changed to "Miyako Anne Jely" and serves as a nice big diru pun and a pretty good pseudonym.
Oh yeah, then there's "B477y" from my "oh em geeze 1337 sp33k is so cooool" phase  .
