When your playing games, you know those games where it says every 15 minutes to take a break for about 30 minutes?
Does anybody actually take those breaks? |

It would be healthier to take those breaks but I don't think it is necessary to take them every 15 minutes. You can't really get some extreme play into that amount of time. It would be wise to take a 30 minute brake maybe after two hours. I normally go at least four hours before taking a break. Sometimes my eyes start to hurt and I just take a look outside and it feels great after a few minutes. I then also go back to playing video games. The principles of a computer, for me, are different. I just go ahead on the computer for six hours. That's kind of a long time. |

Would you take a break after watching 15 minutes of television? Same thing, only your mind is thinking and your fingers are moving. If anything, TV is less healthy than videogames. |
