This forum is ruining the site. People are led to believe that there is no rules there, and all everyone wants to do is be stupid there. None of the site other than that gets hardly any traffic. IMO, it really is ruining the site. |

The only problem is it is so busy, that it has become like a chat room and people don't go anywhere else because they think they will miss something.
So, I want to add a real chatroom to the site. |

but I hate chat rooms. Things happen WAY too fast, and people can literally GET ADDICTED TO THEM.
I know of people that sit on chat rooms all day, even when they're only there with one other person, just because they don't wanna miss anything.
with Off Topic, you can at least go back a few pages and read the crap.
Francis, don't try to fix Off Topic. You won't be able to do it. The greatest man on earth wouldn't be able to do it. It's perrfect. |

Ehem. One of the reasons of it being so popular, is because it gives you freedom to post almost anything, and not get in trouble. Esentially, the off-topic is the same as the dump. The Dump forum was for topics that have gone, Off-topic. So, basically, all we did was rename the dump, the off-topic. So you can't expect different results. |

... Except for the fact that most of the rules are enforced there. Off Topic has less flooding than the dump, too. |
