Dimentio is a play on Dimension, so maybe Dimentio's German name would be a play on the German word for Dimension? >_>

I don't trust Google with that. I'll wait for Zelnor to tell us.
Mab? Lol.

That's Mass, not Mab. o.o;

... Snapjoke is really stupid though. It's Count Noir in Japan, which even doesn't work as well as Bleck.

I think Bleck just has an uber-superior ring to it. Nothing can beat the goodness that is Bleck.

... wouldn't it make more sense for it to be Schwarz-something? o_o;

It probably makes more sense if you play the game through in that language.

God bless my stepfather - He saved my SPM experience on the 5 minute way to the train station. It was like this: Me : "Bla bla bla stupid translation blah" He: "Then get the original." Me: BRAIN BLAST !

Although I can't get the american english original, putting the Bleck back, I DO live in Europe. Because of that, each and every Wii- and Gamecube game to this date has been published in 5 different versions on one disk - the german one, the netherlands one, the spanish one, the francaise one and... THE BRITISH ONE ! So I"ll just pop my Wii's language option into English and play Super British Mario. HOORAY FOR BRITANNIA !

And now to reply to your post... The german word for Dimension is... Dimension. Mas is something entirely different, it means.. hmm... type of measurement.

And Lord Bob, name changes kinda ruin the feeling when you already know EVERYTHING about a game (I know what happens, what secrets there are, etc... I just didn't play it, which is 50 % of the experience !)
Seriously, who wants to play a game with the main villain being called Graf Knickwitz ? That would've fit M&L:SS (in the german version it\s all about laughing, in the english too, or ?) BUT NOT SPM !!!

Okay, when I'm finished playiong the english version I'll face it's evil german twin. xD No seriously, in the translations most jokes go bad... It's the same thing with the discworld novels... Sad, but true...

O.o Maybe Tippi will be renamed Karola Hufflattich (clichee kinda-german name), Francis is... hmmmm.... Franz-Ferdinand Maria ?O.o

Well, my SPM is saved, yya, gotta get into myu first class ( I LOVE THE OPEN IT LAB !! It makes me post here more often - when at school !)

Wait, so is it Knackwitz or Knickwitz?

I hope it's Knackwitz. I already made a sign and I'm trying to hang it in my German teacher's classroom and see how many days it stays up there.

Oh well, I can still hang it up. It's not like Crapface will know the difference anyway, he'll just be like "WTF IS THAT, WHO PUT THAT THERE."

Zelnor are you mental in the head or something? Graf Knickwitz is the most awesome villain name ever.
