What were they thinking when they stuck an uber insta-kill weapon that makes a huge explosion killing everything it touches in an online game? |

it's the final boss area in metroid prime hunters, and an arena unlocked in multiplayer by beating the game. I haven't beaten the game, but I've played on it against someone who has beat it. it only has one weapon, and it's the weapon used to fight the final boss, the omega cannon.
it's at the top, and it has a screen filling blast radius that one-hits everyone! oubliette battles become a race to get to the OC and nothing else. |

Pretty much, yeah. And whenever I get it, I just kill myself with it somehow... >_>
It's also made hacking a little easier. There's an AR code that allows you to use the Omega Cannon anywhere online. |

The hackers are annoying, since the OC is technically not anywhere else but that one stage, if they do hack it and fire it, you can hear it being fired and you can see the flash it makes when it hits something but YOU CAN'T SEE THE ACTUAL OMEGA-CANNON-BALL (the thing that is fired, I couldn't think of anything better to call it) if it is being used on any other stage |
