I also don't get how you could throw fireballs underwater in Super Mario Bros., but you don't see me complaining. |

And what about the Firebars in SMB?
Well, Bowser's Flame are special. They don't consume or consume so little Oxygen. Maybe that the flames can use the Oxygen in the Water?
Also, don't you find strange that Mario can breathe underwater for however long he's in? And then he can't breathe in space?
Stranger then that! Mario can stay in water however long he wants in 2-D games, but can end up lacking breathe in 3-D games  .
That's just a few exemple here. |

It#s easy. The fire burns oxygen from the PLOTHOLE. And Marios oxygen also comes from the plothole. But in space, Fleeps to high levels of AMORE scare all the plotholes away. |
