I think it would be cool if every few hours the sky changed. Like in the morning and afternoon it'd be the default color, at dusk it would turn a shade of orange, and at night it would be black like when Fireworks are displayed.
It would have to be different for each time zone though. |

Not really. I mean, the bg would change according to the setting you currently have, correct? Thus, everyone will have different timezones, and the sky pattern to match. |
