It's what everyone's suggesting.
I'm really sure that everyone wants digibutter just to be unique... but we need to find a place to draw the line. This is a site based off of a made up website in a game... it's not a role-playing game, it's not myspace, it's not a blog, it's a FORUM.
in my opinion, we're doing very good. The "items" make the site very unique compared to other sites, and the RP off-topic is the first of it's kind I've ever seen. It's genius.
but we need to find a place to stop being creative. We'll end up having so many things going on that new members will be completely lost... the old members will have a distaste for the forum because of how much it's changing...
sure there are positives, but before we suggest turning this site into a virtual pokemon game with blogs, let's stop and think about what we want DIGIBUTTER to be. You may WANT a virtual pokemon game with blogging and a chat room... but do you want digibutter to be turned into that...? |
