I don't know why I was drawn towards it
But I saw it had a wish to grant me
I stepped too near and was trapped in it's mit
I put the cap on and was filled with glee
Too late I realised it was evil
A raven perched on my heart and attacked
T'was death eating me away like weevils
Looking into myself, my soul, blacked
And if it was still in my possesion
I would keep it safe and cherish it well
But with my soul I have ended session
My foolish wish sent it to fiery hell
When a wish resembles a deadly kiss,
Take back what you said, it won't end in bliss
