It took me a strategy to beat them, plus a lot of healing items and a Stop Watch.
I beat 'em on my second try. At the first try, I got as far as round 90. |

I beat it on my first try. Here's how:
have Bowser out and Carrie at the ready. As soon as the battle starts, hop on Carrie, and run of the steps to the left. Turn around and start breathing fire. If you don't hit him, stop, wait for him to jump down onto the steps, and THEN breath fire. This will work on ALL guys except for the tiny ones. For those, use some sort of attack item or time freezing thingy. That's what I did. I wasn't injured once!  |

See when I first tried it see... The power accidently went off.
I'm not going into that hell hole untill I've done the flipside pit. See. |
