You don't think there's even the slightest possibility that the replacement will be even better? 
Of course, the current 'head' of Nintendo (and I assume you're talking about either the Nintendo company overall, and not NOA, NOJ, or NOE individually), undoubtedly has a lot of experience that's been accumulated over the years... so the next person to step up will have to be well-prepared. |
