We're all nerrs, and none of us enjoy being serious about everything all the time. A lot of us are "perverted", a lot of us are just really "spammy".
So here's my proposal...
stop trying to correct off-topic. The Dump was good, fine, and fun, then a few people get "TOO SPAMMY" or start "flaming", and everyone goes into a PMSy rage and The Dump goes bye-bye. Off-topic gets a little too "flamey", everyone gets PMSy again, and we create RP Off Topic to divert some of the stupidity. RP Off Topic is getting "too spammy" and "too flamey", so the mod with the fish up his ass, Popple, goes psycho-stricto on us and creates his own rule.
How about we all stop complaining, stop whining, and stop remaking the dump with a different name... and focus on the real problem here: THE PEOPLE. If it breaks the rules -- flaming, cussing, etc. -- then delete the post and warn the member. Don't get your panties in a bunch and go protesting to the Fran man.
Just giving my two cents on the situation. |

I think that we should just get rid of Off-Topic and Roleplay Off-Topic, then put them together as The Dump again.
It'll be the same as before but with alts, so we can all be happeh.
And really, do we NEED two Off-Topics? |

The Dump was full of nothing but spam and memes. Off-Topic will be better suited for that, methinks, if only for the name. |
