You unlock them the same way as you unlock unlockables in Mario Partys. Use your Carnival Ticket/Coupon thing to get them. Koopa Tycoon is just like Monoply |

Review ratings don't look good. I think I may pass on this one They say its a gamecube game with wii controls quickly tacked on poorly. And there are lots of annoyances like unskippable text. |

Actually, you unlock them by beating the story mode-ish level on here. You beat it with any character to get Blooper, and then again with Blooper to get Hammer Bro. I just finished getting Blooper :3
I haven't run into any unskippable text, but I do agree that a lot of these games could have functioned just fine with normal controls. The use of the Wii remote does make it a little more fun, though.
The levels themselves are pretty good. The ghost one is frustrating, since the level changes every time someone gets a star. And you can't tell what's in a room for the first time until you go in. |

Oh thats how you unlock. They decided to change it darn well sorry for the wrong info. So whats the story mode about? And good to see story mode back since Mario Party 5. |

That's fine.
It's not really much of a story mode, just a one player mode where you can play all the game boards (shortened versions, usually) against computers. It's pretty much the same thing, not really as much fun. |

sigh Mario Party 5 still wins with storyline. What kind of story is a stupid argument between a sun and a moon? At least MP4 and MP7 had okay storyline but not as good as MP5. MP8 storyline isn't that good either. I mean, a circus! |

Hm. I rented MP5... I can't remember the storyline... Isn't that where there's all those star people that make you collect the stars so you can stop Bowser and the Koopa kids? Correct me if i'm wrong... |

I'll probably be getting this. It looks like fun. Especially with the use of the Wii remote.
Oh, and Mario Party 3 is my favorite, too. Closely followed by 6. |

Mario Party 3 was my favorite too. I really want to play the original one again, even though it was hard... |
