I just opened a shop recently, and every time I try to add an image to an item, it says "your image is too big. it should be 37 pixels or less." So I try shrinking the image, but no matter how cragging tiny I make it, the same message keeps coming up. What should I do? |

Are you using a png format for your pictures? I'm not sure really how to help you there. You might want to contact Francis and see what he says on the issue. |

Greenlight's right. It's supposed to be 32 pixls not 37 pixls. How far did you reduce the image to? |
