How about, to encourage the improvement of post quality around here, there is a "Post (or Poster) of the Week" contest. Whichever poster Francis deems the most constructive, helpful, etc. would receive a reward such as a coin incentive or special item, as well as something visible that designates them as the winner, like an exclusive avi, or "Post of the Week Winner" above their title. The moderators could also have some influence in determining the Post(er) of the Week.

And yes, I kind of built this off of the NSider POTW awards. >_>
But these are just a few of my ideas. What do you think?

Sounds like a good idea to me. With an award like that, people might spend more time on their posts, which would likely result in less spam. And that's always a good thing.
