The game looks a whole lot more sexy, the Guitar/Score/Starpower meters are less screen-filling, and it keeps track of your Note combo.
(Sharp has a 168 combo right now)

Guitar Hero > Rock Band because it has the name to carry it's sales and everyone is just going to want to play the guitar anyway making the multiplayer suck in Rock Band. |
