Well, I got some from this site:

http://www.ticalc.org/pub/83plus/basic/games/index.html

But, they come in a weird file type. I thought there would be instructions on how to program the game into your calculator... Now I'm disappointed that I don't know how to put the games onto my calculator...

And please don't say that Texas Instruments is the ONLY one that can have games.

You are in luck... I created a bunch of TI-83 basic games back in the day.
One was the most downloaded ever. And quite a few made it onto a CD that came with the calculators.

Update! It turns out I went to eBay and bought a brand-spankin' new TI-83 calculator for only about $80 compared to the $150 at Staples.

It's not a game calculator. It's a calculator that you can program games into. It's meant for math and stuff mostly, but people have made them more fun.

I have a TI-84 Plus that I use in Math Analysis/Algebra 2/Trig. I know some people with custom face plates for their TI-84 Plus Silver Edition calculators.

I wrote a game for that thing for fun. Called it Summoner's Duel. You can probably find it on ticalc.org somewheres.
