It was a Simple Idea that came up while I was waiting for Starfox 64 to finish being downloaded.
I was thinking of a DS Virtual Console. Seeing that a DS cannot be upgraded, it could be a DS Cartridge (With a GBA Cartridge to hold Memory, of course) sold at stores. It would obviously connect to the internet with WiFi, and would use a Point System like the Wii Shop Channel. You could buy classic HANDHELD Games, from Gameboy (Probably 500 Points), Gameboy Color (Also 500 Points, or maybe 800?), MAYBE VirtualBoy (800 Points)(Never played it, so not sure if it would work), and that GameGear from Sega(?) (500/800 Points). Finally, it would use once again, a Credit Card, and "DS" Points Card for gaining Shop Points.

Well, it could also use other systems. The GBA deffinately, since them games took up about as much games as SNES games. And even the current Wii VC games, maybe even including N64. |

Great idea! But, I think that the DS card should support memory, or there could be an attachment that stored the memory and could download from a special shop channel that connects with the Wii's shop channel. |

The Gameboy Advance is still selling games, hence why I didn't mention it. Also, I don't think they should sell the Wii VC Games on there. I just think it would kind of lose attraction to the Wii VC, seeing that everyone would rather play games on a handheld. :/ |
