My shop picture won't change! I've uploaded it a thousand times! Not to mention, my shop has disappeared off the market! Any explanations? |

You may have to refresh the page, clean your cache and probably delete your cookies. Try all three, and if it doesn't work, then it is a common problem and will be fixed by Francis soon.

When you go to edit your shop, near the top, it shows whether your shop is open, closed, or restocking. Put it on Open, and it should work. |
