The rules are simple: Each poster makes two different Sammer Guys in their post. This goes on until we reach 100.
To start:
#1: Ptooie who Spits
#2: Silver Bloom (You would have to go to BM to understand this <.<)

#6: Spinning Reznor (Blue)
#7: Block of a Thousand ?s (Blue)
#8: Rival Blue Hedgehog (Blue, spiked)
#9: Swooper in the Dark (Green, spiked, no mustache)
#10: Type of L (Big blue)
#11: Hiding Dayzee (Rainbow)
#12: Sprite of Lightning (Red, small)
#13: The 13th Pixl (Rainbow)
#14: Dark Dark Dark Boo (Red, spiked)
#15: World's Greatest King that is of Koopas
#16: Shelled Dragon
#17: The Magic Doll
#18: Nimbus Man
