And yeah, it would help to know the average, sub-par, and powerful levels for the stats.

Special Abilities:
 - Jump (Cost: 0 FP) Character reaches heights three times his own size.
 - Vacuum (Cost: 10 FP) Luigi pulls out the Poltergust 3000 and uses it on his opponent. Deals 10 damage and has a 25% chance of taking an item from one's opponent. 50% chance of defeating Boos and other specters in its use.
 - Thunderhand (Cost: 5 FP) Luigi charges up a green sphere of electrical energy which deals 10 damage, with a 10% chance of paralzation. When used against robots (and robotic creatures), it heals 10 health points.
 - Flee (Cost: 3 FP) Luigi runs around like an idiot, making all enemy attacks have a 75% chance of missing. This ability is active for three rounds. |

Average stats - Well, you think of 'em. I orientate mine on the enemies from TTYD, with Mario not exceeding 30 KP and 4 ATT. Except if oyu play badge models.
