I've set up a small are on Ning where users can post videos and other mdeia without having to go thorugh outside sources like Youtube. It's not all the way done yet, but it's close enough to completion I think to show to everyone.

getting off topic... you should check out http://www.imeem.com/. I think it was created by the guy who made the original Napster. Lots of good music there including mainstream stuff, and you can upload your own music and videos.
