When people get sent to jail, they usually just post whatever they feel like. If they only have a limited number of posts - say, five - they'll have to make each one count. If an admin or mod feels that they deserve more after those five, they can give them more.
This would reduce the amount of spam in jail quite a bit. |

Great suggestion. People act out in jail because they feel that they can't be punished any further. |
