Looking at HOUND basics, the Chassis(Mobile base) of a HOUND in a major factor in it's role type. Defenders commonly use a Treaded Chassis.

People mininterpreted this one. Every planet sells different variants of the same weapons, and looking at the variations of the same one, this can be discovered: Moatoob weapons have high Attack power, Parum's weapons are balanced in attack and technical abilities, and Neudaiz focuses on TECHNIC and Photon Art use. Therefore:
Moatoob: High Attack, Low TP
Parum: Med Attack, Med TP
Neudaiz: Low Attack, High TP
