Every week on >insert day here< Francis picks a member that he believed was the best member.
It's sort of like Employee of the Month.
If you win it then you get what-ever Francis decides you should get.

As long as we make little rules such as "Nobody can be picked for more than 3 or 4 times after he/she is picked".
And SA, it's common sense, Francis can say that if you so much as mention being picked to him, you can bet your bottom dollar he won't pick you. |
