Now, since the other topic was in Off Topic, it became a mess. So, Flavio's reposting it here in hopes of actuall discussion.
When Flavio was jailed, Flavio decided to write this. It may not make perfect sense to you, as you probably weren't in jail when this was posted. Any questions you have, Flavio shall answer.

For a long time now, Flavio has complained continuously about the mods doing a crappy job, and what TSSG has done is an injustice. Though, that still doesn't justify the verbal abuse that he has experienced today from countless users, including Flavio. Flavio deeply apologizes for the misbehavior.
However, this isn't a nice 1st grade community, and it takes more than an apology to get away from punishment. Flavio accepts the punishment completely.
Though, apologizing and begging for forgiveness is not all that Flavio has come here to do. Flavio's also here for something else. Flavio would like to become a mod.
Yes, it is kind of foolish for a jailed man to ask to be a mod. Not only that, but Flavio has been jailed at least twice before. Though, of course Flavio doesn't agree with all of the strikes Flavio has received, Flavio has learned much from this whole experience.
Flavio has seen countless injustices performed by the mods, including punishing posts that Flavio feels shouldn't have been punished, and leaving several offenses unattended. Flavio has a different view on things than the other mods, and Flavio feels that Flavio would make a good mod.
It is true that Flavio breaks the rules often, but then again so does many of the other mods. Just because they are mods doesn't mean that they can break the rules them selves.
In addition, TSSG has made several judgments based on his current anger at certain people. Though, in a job such as this emotional distress shouldn't get in the way of decisions. Friendships, and grudges should take no role in decisions such as striking and deleting posts.
Though Flavio's sure that you won't make Flavio a mod, Flavio would appreciate your consideration, as well as a response. Thank you for your time. |

Now, discuss on wether or not you think Flavio would be a good mod, or other wise. |

In addition to this, Flavio simply must state something that should be painfully obvious. In the real world, the IRS doesn't just come up and say "Hey, you're an IRS agent now. Congradulations!". You HAVE to prove that you're good for the job, and you must tell them that you're interested. That is what Flavio's doing with this topic. |

And how else is he going to be promoted? The last bunch of mods were so randomly picked it seems Francis pulled their names out of a hat. Now, you'd rather have him, or someone else?
I, for one, agree Flavio would make a good mod. The whole flurrie's melons gag can be controlled, he's proven that, and he normally doesn't do anything COMPLETELY stupid when he's angry. Let's say, if someone like rawrskey [sorry rawrskey. D:] were mod, he'd probably jail members like a madman if someone ticked him off.
