Well, same as my last idea,but altered.
A special forum or user-shop type thing, where people can post videos and flashes. They are to be checked by someone to see if they're appropriate (i'll do it if no one wants to...) It can be like the arcade, except people can upload things, and select the amount of coins, if any, to view it. I understand the power flash has,so maybe there is somewhere we can host the flashes, such as ngupload.
