Welcome to Digi-Party! Digibutter's online version of Mario Party right here on the forums. This is the beta test of the system, and after I fix the kinks this time around they'll be a lot more! Here is some things we might try in the future.

Now that is out of the way let me explain the game. Four people sign-up and put in 20 coins to join. Then they play the game just like Mario Party, but the first one to get two stars wins! You will throw dice to move and collect coins just like int he actual game, but this time all Minigames will be dice related. You will start with 10 Party Coins, the currency of Digi-Party. You will use these to by items, stars, and etc. This will be explained more in the next post. Stars Space will be located at a certain panel, which will be specified by the number next to it. Here are some other spaces you should look out for.

Blue: You gain 3 coins
Red: You lose 3 coins
Green: A random event occurs, specific to each board
Purple: Bowser Space. Bowser will cause some trouble on the board, specific to each board.
Yellow: These are doors. You can only pen doors if you have a key.
Orange: These are shops. Prices and items change with each board.

Also a new mechanic I will introduce is called "Lucky Throws." At the beginning of every turn, I will name a number and an item. If you roll that number you will get that item. Also there will be no Bonus stars this time around. Please look below for board and player info.

Welcome to DK's Canon Canyon! Here are some things you should know about this board. This board may be thick with foliage, but don't worry if you get lost. At the end of each path there is a canon maned by the ape himself. He will shoot you back to the space correlating to the number next to it. Of course...if you hit a Bowser space though, you'll get a nasty surprise next time you visit a canon. Bowser will take it over, and the next person to visit it will get shot to the opposite landing space. Not only that but if you have a star Bowser will take it as well. Green space on this board are also canons. These smaller canons maned by a smaller monkey will shoot you to a random green space depending on a dice roll. You can only have three items at a time on this board, and these are...

Key: 10 Party Coins. Opens Doors.
Meat: 30 Party Coins. Use these to summon Bowser, or offer it to him to make him go away.
Canon Barrel: 10 coins. Move exactly 2 times what you roll.
Shell Canon: 15 Coins. Shoots a shell that travels until it hits someone and steals 10 coins form them.
Bowser Claw: 25 Coins. Roll after you use it, if you run into someone with a star you will steal it form them.
Black Boo: 10 Coins. Select a player. A black Boo will be posses that player and they have to throw a 5 sided dice there next turn.
Duel Canon: 15 Coins. Roll two dice. Whoever you run into you will challenge to a duel.

Not in the party? No worries! There's still a way to win! Just bet any amount of coins on the player you think will win! This must be done within the first five turns though. After that bets will close.
