My thoughts exactly.
If you want my theory, the fact that we never see him in the Underwhere is cause the TOTALLY bad spirits (Shadow Queen, Cackletta, etc.) get locked up, like, on super-tight security somewhere way down in the Underwhere. |

Dimentio is pretty powerful,and the Underwhere/Overthere is just a dimension, which Dimentio can just warp out of. And the DP said that CB would need a dimension-powered jester of some sort. That sounds rather suspicious. The DP, for all we know, can be repeated once again.
Either that, or what MSdeving92 said. |
