Pizza? mushroom and onion, margherita, or just plain cheese
Toast? sometimes butter, sometimes strawberry jam (BERRY!), sometimes apple butter or pumpkin butter, or, every so often when I get a hardcore craving, peanut butter.
Spaghetti? usually sauce with lots of chunky vegetables, sometimes just a little butter and garlic
Burger? there's my "classic" veggie burger (the kind that's supposed to taste like meat) with lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles, ketchup and mustard, my "portobello swiss" veggie burger (the meat tasting kind again) with... um... portobello and swiss... and sometimes when I have a craving, I will make a veggie burger (the kind that's supposed to taste like mixed veggies) on toast with mayo, Velveeta, and sweet pickles. mmmm.
