I got a speeding ticket today. The ONE time im on a cellphone, for ONE MINUTE a cop somehow gets behind me and paces me. He pulls me over and accuses me of going 90 in a 55, but writes me a ticket "so he doesnt have to take me to jail" for 82 in a 55 (which is total bull crap). There is no freaking way I was going 90... I MAY have been going 82 though, so I dont think i can get out of it.
Its just that EVERYONE goes AT LEAST 75 on this 8 lane highway. It was light traffic, and there was a car in front of me! I am sure he was just pissed that I didn't slow down for him.
ARGH!H!H!H!H I'm so frustrated, I stop paying attention for ONE MINUTE in all the thousands of times driving this same road everyday and it is the ONE MINUTE when a cop gets behind me and I dont notice. I think im going to take public transportation from now on... seriously. |

 Once my dad was driving on a highway, which was and 80 kph zone. There were cars going at least 100 in front of us, and we were at about 75. WE were the only ones getting ticketed for speeding.
Why are so many cops idiots? =/ |

I'm not sure you understood me.
EVERYONE goes AT LEAST 75 on this 8 lane highway. Yes, even grandmas, student drivers, and school busses
82 is NORMAL. But my ticket fine is going to be through the roof.

Where were you driving? In some places, the main income is tickets such as this. The laws on this are backwards. In cities, they don't really care. Out on the countryside, they'll ticket you for one mile over. |

It is referred to as the Autobahn of Georgia. I hardly ever see anyone pulled over. People usually drive as fast as they want. 82 is tame. It is a 55 speed limit because in the mornings it has HEAVY traffic. |

Yeah, it just seems like one of those places where they can make some money. I find these in quite a few places where they shouldn't be. |
