Give me three reasons that it should be deleted, that anybody can't logically disprove.
Now, a few points that people are already making...
-"It made everybody godmod"
Well, the people who do either already were godmodders or the fact that it's Role-Playing Off-Topic. If you have something serious in there that you want godmod-free, take it to RP instead of RPOT, where it's a bit less casual.
-"It's filled with spam"
90% of the topics AREN'T spam. OT has the spam, but you aren't demanding OT be deleted, are you?
-"It sucks"
So do you.
-"Nobody's posting in the real RP forum"
If there's no topics, and a big, fat "New topic" button sitting in front of you... Gee, this is a difficult one...
If you don't like it in general, DON'T GO IN IT. I rarely post in RPOT anymore, but it's not doing any harm to the forum. The people who want it gone for no sensible reason are. I may not care about RPOT, but there are a lot of people who do. |

If you delete RPOT, everybody floods to OT. If you delete OT, everybody floods out. There'd be no place to actually be casual. RPOT is OT, with RP characters enabled. |

Perhaps I should word it differently.
"RPOT is OT, with a rule encouraging to post in-character."
Second, the person who flamed you could have been one of those people who can't resist flaming the second they see any potential target.
Third, you post OOC stuff in OT. |

Plastic, don't make up fake figures. Other than that, I agree. Deleting the forum does nothing. Punish the spamming/flaming members, simple as that. |
