I think I know what game you mean, but for future reference, post the game you need help with. You need to find a second exit in 5-4. |

I tried searching for one in it but there is no secret exit in level 5-4!
Ps:I have 139 lives cause incase I die trying to find it. |

Really? Try 5-2 then. I remember there was a second exit in one of those levels. If all else fails, GameFAQS FTW! |
