At 12:30, which is in an hour and a half from now, I'll be logging off and heading out to meet up with a friend.

We're going to the nearby comic-store "Marvelous". Just hanging out. Talking, browsing, perhaps we'll stop over by the McDonalds across the street.

Might stop at the Ben & Jerry's next door, but considering how cold it is, the most I'd probably get would be a chocolate-chip-cookie-dough ball covered in chocolate. On a stick. They're yummy. ^-^

Here's the thing that bugs me: My mom, dad, and brother keep saying "Oh, so you're going on a date?" Its not a date, right? I mean, I know it would be one if he was paying for everything, but he's not.

By the way, he's two years older than me. Turned 20 a couple weeks ago.

No, but if he was at least 10 years older, I would probably had convinced my brother to come along just in case.

I mean, the guy doesn't look much older than me, but if he was 30+, I would have my guard up...

Back! And he's not my boyfriend, Altair...

It was fun.

The comic shop was closed when we got there, which ticked us off, so we went to the movie theater to see what was playing.

Nothing good was on, so we walked out.

I had no idea what to do, but he said there was an arcade nearby and I, remembering that there was indeed one, agreed.

There was much fun to be had there. :3

After that, we had lunch, then went back...

We got bored, so we decided to head on home. After I got a thing of cupcakes and a liter of Blueberry Oolong Tea from the Fresh Fields across the street from the movie theater. The cupcakes are for later, but I'm drinking some of the tea at the moment. It is good. ^-^ After that, it turned out that the comic-store was open, apparently the person supposed to be in today was not in, so one of the other people had to open up. After a lot of browsing and talk of comics, I was stuck between 'Hewoes', 'Artemis Fowl', a 'Dark Crystal' manga. I got Artemis Fowl.

Anyway, we walked, turned out he lived a couple blocks away. As we walked, we remained still in a conversation. Somehow the topic was on faith (it BEGAN with a talk about video games, then moved to food)... He offered to walk me to the door, but Mom was standing outside (she came out to have a cigarrette). We said goodbye, and then he left.

It was a lot of fun.
