If you haven't heard of this, I wouldn't blame you. It's an under the radar online game I have been watching for awhile, and just out of curiosity I checked up on it today. Apparently the open beta is now out and needless to say I'm downloading it. It is basically an online 3rd person shooter with giant robots, and honestly it looks great. It includes game types for both teams and single players as well as customizable parts for your mech. I'm going to go try it now. I'll definitely write a review as soon as I can.
Also remember, if you try the game and don't like the controls, it has bugs, etc. then don't worry. This is the Open Beta. It's intended to gather player feedback before the final release so don't give up on it if it's a dud right now.
Also, ya it's free. You can buy coins for special items, but I've played games like that before and the people who buy those usually have no skill in the first place so it's all good. Take BOTs for example. Me, Lvl 15, versus a paid, tricked out Lvl 20. Guess who won? |
