iWear. Basically plug it into your computer, gaming console, or any other media devices. Put it on your eyes. and play your video games that makes you feel like your really there! THIS IS AWESOME! Now, I know this has been done before. but this is better, cause you can play ANY game, (even view the internet) thats on your computer. roms, crysis (ftw), and nothing will be in your way, and it will feel like your really there. EPIC.
you dont even have to look at your TV. IT WILL FEEL LIKE YOUR REALLY THERE! you see nothing in the background. ALL you see is your game.. can you image this? If Im in my bed, I can put them on, and play my video games, while everyone else is asleep. THIS IS SO EPIC. |

Probably good, if you got a first person shooter game, like Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, or even a straight-forwarded Action game, like Sonic and the Secret Rings. |

Virtual reality never really caught on, and I personally hope it never will. If it does, I'm either gonna be addicted to it or the guy who doesn't play it and puts stuff in your path when you stumble around, oblivious to reality. |

Actually sitting too close to the tv doesn't ruin your eyesight. I read that somewhere, but I forgot why. |

I wouldn't be able to use it.
I have a medical condition with my eyes, so those would wreak havoc...
Also, this is Virtual Boy all over again, except this is not a console.
And why would you want to look at the internet THAT close!? FPSs, I can understand. Maybe some RPGs which have you in the first-person mode... But not the internet. |
