Well, I once made a Papercraft Green Hill Zone from Sonic 1. It's kinda good, but at least it's got SOME 16-Bit Quality. |

To make it MORE realistic, take some sculpting clay, and make it into the shape and thickness of the Thwomp's outline shape, bake it in the oven to harden, and build the Paper Thwomp around it, and if necessary, laminate it with some waterproof tape. It would make a really angry paperweight that even Francis could use to keep printed material down on a desk. I never tried it, myself, but I'm willing to give it a shot. |

Now that's epic. The only papercraft I've done is a Goomba, Mario with a removable hat, and the same two at a bigger scale. (For the bigger-scale versions, I had to use PSP 6 and Word at the same time to isolate each object, enlarge it to the same size, and get one or more objects to fit on an 8.5 x 11 paper, because my printer phails at any paper size other than that...) I also had to use a lot of my mom's sticky tape, because I was NOT going to wait for glue to dry! |
