Well here are the rules.
First, you must pick a number.
Then, I roll a 15 sided die.
If the number that I roll is that number, 1 over it, or 1 under it, you win.
You must pay 3 coins to play.
If you win you get 10 coins.
Edit: I changed the rules a bit.
