June 5th- E-Shrooms is opened by one Larry Koopa. Later that day Popple makes a bid of 20 coins for a Cracker Launcher. Mom of Bowser later shows up to out do this bid, despite the fact he does not have enough coins. The two continue this battle of bidding, Popple taking the stance that he will stay at the 20 coin bid unless Mom is allowed to bid despite the lack of coins. The bidding goes on late into the night.
June 6th- Larry announces hat bidding will continue into the next day. Popple asks about the legitimacy of Mom's bids but Larry remains silent on the matter.
June 7th- Larry says that Mom can bid, until Popple brings up the point the Mom in question has 0 coins. Larry then changes his later remark now saying Mom cannot bid. Popples last bid against Mom was 40 coins.
June 8th- Larry contacts Popple demanding 40 coins in exchange for the Cracker Launcher.
The Case- As you can see, Popple plainly said he would bid only 20 if Mom wasn't allowed to bid. Knowing this Larry still demanded 40 coins.
Larry's Charges- I demand that if I win this case, that I will get the Cracker Launcher for free for having to go through all this hassle. If Larry wins I will hand over the 50 coins for the Cracker Launcher.

True, but he said he wouldnt be back until Monday. I just thought that good photographic evidence and a solid witness account was enough to get him declared guilty. |

If you didn't look too hard, TSSG3's case could of looked unslippable.
And let's think to real life...how many of us though OJ would be called inoocent?
Therefor, the defendant should always get a chance to defend. |

The defendant is innocent until proven guilty.
Francis is from the US I suppose, so the court of law in Digibutter will be based off the US justice system. If he's in Canada (since it's pretty much the only other country with the Eastern Time Zone) then I don't know the judicial system for that. |
