Alright, there would be an indication at the bottom of the topic or something that tells who last bumped it.
Or you can only bump your own topics. |

50 seems like a stretch. even 30 topics under would be necro-bumping, unless it's a farm someone goes on a spam rage. Wait, that can't happen, forgot. You can only make two or so topics every certain amount of time. |
