Sometimes, I have an rp. I'm very despised by half the people here, so I really get my hopes up when I see a post in an rp board I've made. Then I see someone posted: (No, you break the fourth wall too much, so I'm not joining) Which brings me to say, if you don't want to join, DON'T FREEKING POST! Seriously, it gets annoying to me. I don't know if this should be under respect the topic creator, but god this annoys me. Maybe make a necro saying not to do that in rp, and rpot, but seriously, don't post if you don't want to do anything there. It's SPAM if you ask me. |

I agree, it is annoying
I usually just delete irrelevant posts if I see them, if it happens often, I'll warn/strike the poster. Currently the only way you could stop it is to notify a mod if it happens many times.
I suppose I could add the ability for the topic creator to flag posts as spam/flaming, which would help me find such instances. Its almost impossible for me to find them on my own. |

One word: moderator. Take out the old whip and get Plastic or Chaos Dimentio or whoever to look for irrelevant posts. I mean, that's what they're for, right? |

I believe the flag feature would be perfect for the forum it would give members a way of preventing spam. |

Yeah, but there's potential for abuse. |
More than potential. Abuse WOULD happen. Personally, I think it would be a bit of a bad idea just because of that. |
