As far as I know I'm the only one here who cares about Transformers... but whatever. I feel like writing down what I think about stuff.
Before I get going, keep in mind that I'm not one of those silly G1 purists who thinks every Transformer-related thing after the original cartoon is bad. My introduction to Transformers was Beast Wars, and I didn't actually watch G1 until a few months ago, so I'm not really nostalgic for it like some other people. I am actually looking forward to Animated, but I do have a few issues with it.
1. Prime's face
I've seen a lot of people complaining about this. "This" being that Optimus Prime no longer has that thing covering his face that he's always had.
Okay, so he has it sometimes. I assume that it pops up out of that thing on his chin when he's in battle, or something like that.

But he should have it all the time, because his mouth looks stupid.

Why does he look like he's wearing lipstick?

I don't like the way it looks... but I suppose I can get used to it.
2. Bulkhead is a stupid name
My next issue is with this guy.

I just don't like his name, is all. He should be Hound, or Ironhide. But I can get used to that too.
3. Blackarachnia
My biggest issue with Animated is Blackarachnia.

Sure, turning into a spider made sense in Beast Wars. But it does not make sense in freaking Detroit.

The whole reason the robots transform is so that they can be in disguise. A giant robot spider is pretty much the worst disguise ever. I just know that's going to annoy me. Then again, my favourite Transformer is Grimlock, and the fact that he turns into a dinosaur doesn't bug me at all...

Despite all these things I've complained about, I'm really looking forward to Transformers: Animated. And even if it does end up sucking, I'm still going to love the toys. Especially Lockdown. Just look at him.

Well, it's from the same company that brought us "Super Robot Monkey Team HyperForce, GO!" I mean, Sari, the human girl that befriends the Autobots, she sorta looks like Jinmay, even though it's Tara Strong (Voice Actress of Raven, from Teen Titans) who voices Sari.

I usually saw great design and detail, but this...
Heck, Prime's voice doesn't sound... Prime anymore.

Sorry. It's a simple mistake. I have seen the studio's previous work, "Super Robot Monkey Team HyperForce, Go!" and that is what the Animation style is reminiscent to.

I think that the animated version is gonna phail. I mean, look at them in Transofrmers Cybertron (which I secretly watch before school, because my mom thinks the whole series phails). They look best in computer-generated 3-D.
