I find Larry Koopa...
GUILTY
of removing a bidder but not his bids, making Popple bid against himself.
The evidence shows that Larry removed Mom of Bowser from the bidding, and at such time Popple became the highest bidder at 20 coins. Therefore I rule that Popple must purchase said Launcher from Larry for 20 coins.
To ensure a fair transaction, Larry will transfer the Laucher to me and then Popple will give me 20 coins. Then I will give launcher to popple and 20 coins to larry. |
